Objectives & Challenges

To overcome system constraints and stakeholder needs, a two-layered solution was built:

 

Launch of Mailchimp

  • Switch to Mailchimp as current email marketing tool did not match the requirements for the optimized email newsletter

Optimization of images

  • optimization of image language and acccordance to CI/CD guidelines

Wording Optimization

  • Switch to a more incetivisded wording for better discount and USP recognition
  • analyse KPIs of recent newletters and implement learnings for optimization
  • increase open rates
  • increase InApp clicks and sales
  • Increase retention rate
  • decrease bouce and drop-out rates
